Monthly Payments (Private Lessons Only):

  1. Automatically charged on the 20th of the month, tuition payments are by credit or debit card. Reminder of payment will be sent via e-mail or snail mail.
  2. Payment may also be by submitting a series of postdated checks dated for the 20th of each month.  Lesson times are confirmed upon receipt of all postdated checks.
  3. Students may withdraw from monthly lessons in accordance deadlines in the Calendar. A completed Withdrawal Form, with verified signature in person, is required.
  4. A Family discount of 5% will be given to families taking 3 or more services.
  5. For security and accounting practice, cash is not accepted.

Semester Payments: (Required for Courses; Optional for Private Lessons)

  1. Fall Semester Tuition (Aug 22 to Jan 21) is collected at registration and again Spring Semester on or before January 5, 2005.
  2. Semester payments for private lessons will include a 5% discount.
  3. No Refunds for students who withdraw before the end of the semester.

Private Instruction and Group Lesson Tuition Includes:

    1. semester recitals &accompanist
    2. master classes and master class accompanist
    3. quarterly outreach concerts at the Lagacy House and/or St. Joseph’s Villa

Credits or refunds will not be given if a student does not participate in end of semester recitals, or Honor Recitals, which costs are calculated into the December and June tuitions. Non-matriculated students who wish to participate in any recital will be assessed a $70.00 recital fee.
