1. Registration is required for all courses and lessons.

1. Some courses require a placement interview, audition, and/or individual scheduling. Wait lists are maintained in the more popular areas; thus, early inquiry and registration is strongly recommended.

1. Generally, enrollment in private lessons is concurrent on a month to month basis.

1. There is a Yearly Registration Fee of $10 per student (non-refundable).

1. Registration is done in person to orient the students and parents & to verify required signatures.

1. The Registrar may “hold” a spot for 48 hrs to allow time to complete this registration; however, registration must be done at least a day before beginning lessons so the teacher can be notified.

1. Tuition is required in advance of all courses and lessons and will be charged on the 20th of month until properly withdrawn by completing the withdrawal from lesson form.

1. Mid-Semester Registration for courses is accepted at any time throughout the year (with teacher approval), provided space is available. Mid-month registration is accepted for private lessons with a pro-rated first month.

1. Continuing Students are mailed Pre-Registration Packets in April and are offered priority scheduling for continuing courses/lessons the next school year.

1. Group Courses are contingent upon minimum enrollments.  If the course does not carry, students have the option of being placed in another course or service, or to have fees returned

1. Individual Private Lesson Appointments may be scheduled at the front desk using an Individual Lesson Form in advance.
