The Legacy House

Every month, students from all PAG teachers representing 3 area music schools and University of Utah Students, present a 45 minute public concert to the residents of this senior care facility.  The complex is located on the east corner of 6200 South Bangerter Hwy.  Students who wish to participate should sign-up on the posted notice at the school, which requires their teacher’s signature, indicating they are prepared to perform.  If required the school provides an accompanist for your performance.

Master Class & Band Jam

Each month, the school presents a Master Class for students to try out new pieces and workshop them for public performance.  The sessions are casual and refreshments are served.  Students learn about the elements of performance practice, communication, collaborating with other musicians, and generally feeling comfortable performing their music at whatever state of their development.  If needed, the school provides an accompanist.  Students should sign-up on the posted notice to participate in these complementary sessions.
